What is the Founders Rate?
Founders Rate is our discounted early-adopter pricing. If you sign up now, your rate is locked for as long as you remain a customer — even after we raise prices. The regular price shown crossed out is what new customers will pay later.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Your customers can pay invoices via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or cash — depending on your plan.
How does CitaCoin work?
CitaCoin is our built-in loyalty currency. You earn coins for every completed job (10 coins), five-star review (5 coins), and referral (100 coins). 100 coins = $1 plan credit.
Is CitaPros available in Spanish?
